Response to a New Tax
Dear IRS
I am writing regarding the new "penis Tax" that has been passed and
enacted. I don't object to the tax in general,
but want to inform you that the penis in question here has been retired from any
significant duty for quite some time and I should not have to file a "joint"
return. It occasionally receives some
"charity work" and should therefore qualify as a "Tax-Exempt" penis.
In the event that my penis ever becomes employed again I will be more than
happy to pay any required taxes. I have already suffered the penalty for early withdrawal
many times so that should not be an issue.
You should also note that my wife
has been attempting to have the dependants removed for several years now. Will that affect
my eventual tax rate?
Thank you for your consideration....
